This delicious citrusy ice tea blend is the perfect refreshment for those hot summer days, but can also be enjoyed warm. Ingredients include lemongrass, lemon myrtle, lemon balm, spearmint and natural lemon.
Instructions:
For ice tea: Rinse tea in boiling water, then brew in cold water. Add ice.
For hot tea: steep at 100C for 3 – 5 minutes.
